Buffer NPFN is a neutralization buffer to be used with the NZY Plant/Fungi RNA Isolation Kit (MB45601) for processing acidic samples (e.g., fruits). It is a denaturing buffer which improves the homogenization of acid samples, to ensure the recovery of intact RNA molecules.
