NZY M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase

NZY M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase

NZY M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase synthesizes cDNA in the presence of a primer using either RNA or single-stranded DNA as template. The enzyme lacks 3’→5´ exonuclease activity and has no RNase H activity thus enabling improved synthesis of full-length cDNA.

NZY M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant form of the Reverse Transcriptase from the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MuLV) purified from Escherichia coli. The enzyme synthesizes the complementary DNA strand in the presence of a primer using either RNA or single-stranded DNA as a template. NZY M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase lacks 3’→5´ exonuclease activity and has no RNase H activity thus enabling improved synthesis of full-length cDNA, even for long mRNA, using random priming.
